Youth Engagement Programme: Fostering Local Leadership
Facilitated in partnership with the Bangladesh Tourism Board, this youth engagement initiative at Joypurhat Government College focused on harnessing the energy and aspirations of local students to drive inclusive regional development and nation-building.
About This Training
Daahuk facilitated a nationwide youth engagement programme organized by the Bangladesh Tourism Board, bringing the initiative to Joypurhat in August 2026. Following successful sessions across the Rangpur Division in the previous year, this specific programme engaged the students of Joypurhat Government College. The core objective was to demonstrate how the energy and aspirations of the youth serve as a powerful force for inclusive regional development and nation-building.
The successful execution of this programme was made possible through the tremendous support and cooperation of the College's Principal, respected teachers, the BNCC wing, and the dedicated officials of the Tourism Board and Ministry. Guided by the principles of the Regional Alignment Movement, the initiative aims to transform active youth participation into definitive local leadership, which in turn creates regional opportunities that lead to sustainable national progress.
